Flavia Accoto is a lawyer with a particular interest in Data Protection, Artificial Intelligence and new technologies.

She graduated with top marks from Luiss G. Carli University in Rome and continued her academic career with a Ph.D. in General Theory of the Trial, with a specialization in Private Law, from LUM University, completed with an Excellent grade. Her doctoral thesis was entitled “Smart contract and interpretation”.

She is the author of publications and a speaker at conferences on topics related to privacy and artificial intelligence.

At Panetta Consulting Group she works within the Privacy, Cybersecurity and New Technologies Law team.
