Raffaele Cantone, president of the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC), answered to the letter of the Hermes Center for Transparency and digital human rights, confirming that ANAC is active in setting and providing open source technologies in support to the management of unlawful behaviours reporting (so-called whistleblowing).
