Marta Fraioli is a CIPM-certified consultant specializing in data protection, cybersecurity and privacy.
After working in Brussels and Malta, she completed a traineeship at the Italian Data Protection Authority, within what was then the Department of Communications and Telematic Networks.
She began working with PANETTA Studio Legale in 2018, assisting clients on an ongoing basis with privacy and data protection compliance. She is often engaged in managing risk assessment and gap analysis projects, defining remediation plans and organizing training activities for national and supranational clients. Marta also has a management and supervisory role over the teams providing external DPO services.
