Her duties ranged from organizing meetings and business trips to managing suppliers and administrative processes.
Previously, she worked for over ten years as Store Manager at Feltrinelli Spa, an experience that allowed her to develop strong managerial, organizational, and leadership skills — from staff scheduling and team management to overseeing administrative and safety procedures. Her professional journey began in the hospitality and restaurant sector, where she honed her customer service skills, precision, and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
She is fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1), in addition to her native Croatian, and possesses broad expertise in accounting, invoicing, operational management, and business software.
