Project Finance
PANETTA Consulting Group provides specialised legal advice on project finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. The practice covers all stages of a project from development through to financing, including the structuring and negotiation of project contracts. A particular focus is placed on renewable energy projects and battery energy storage systems (BESS). In the infrastructure sector, the focus is in particular on water infrastructure projects, with particular emphasis on the review of concession agreements to enhance bankability and facilitate access to financing.
